For minors, all liability forms must be completed and signed by the child’s legal guardian before arrival

How do I know if my child needs a different approach to learning and intervention?

Every child learns and grows differently, and sometimes traditional talk-based approaches aren't the best fit—especially for kids who struggle to identify or express what they're feeling in words. If your child has had difficulty engaging in traditional therapy or classroom settings, seems more responsive to hands-on or experiential learning, or could benefit from building confidence and self-awareness in a new environment, an equine-facilitated approach may be worth exploring. We're happy to talk with you about your child's specific needs to see if our programs are a good fit.

Many equine programs treat horses as tools—used to create a controlled environment or elicit a specific response. We take a different approach. We partner with our horses rather than use them, honoring their ability to choose, communicate, and connect throughout every session. This isn't about forcing an alternative learning environment; it's about creating genuine, meaningful relationships between horse and participant, where growth happens naturally because the connection is real. Our horses are willing collaborators in this work, not instruments—and that distinction shapes everything we do. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
